Game or glamour – what attracts you to women’s tennis? Women's tennis is apparently being taken over by hot and beautiful players, according to a report. Take a look at the hottest players in circuit and the glam divas of the past.
Be it No.1 Caroline Wozniacki, or Maria Sharapova, or Vera Zvonareva - at least half of the top female tennis players are so beautiful that they can very well become models, claims the report.

During Wimbledon's early rounds this year, some of the more attractive but unseeded players, such as Gisela Dulko, Sorana Cirstea and Maria Kirilenko, were picked to play on centre court, while some of the higher-ranked but less attractive players were relegated to the outer courts. A BBC spokesman confirmed that, even though the decision was in the hands of Wimbledon officials, "our preference would always be a Brit or a babe, as this always delivers high viewing figures".

Maria Kirilenko is another promising Russian beauty who is a favourite with photographers. Slender, with an enigmatic smile, she is pretty conscious when it comes to fashion. She was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Need we say more?
